「１人闇ツイ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。

## 1. 個人情報の収集と利用 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

本アプリは、ユーザーを個人的に識別できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）を収集し、外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。
本アプリ内で入力されたプロフィール情報や投稿内容は、すべてユーザーのデバイス上のローカルストレージ（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存されます。

The "Hitori Yamitsui" app (hereinafter referred to as "the App") does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or phone number) to external servers. All profile information and posts entered within the App are stored exclusively on the user's device in local storage (AsyncStorage).

## 2. デバイスの権限利用 (Device Permissions)

本アプリは、以下の目的でデバイスの権限を利用する場合があります。

*   **写真ライブラリ (Photo Library)**: ユーザーが投稿に画像を添付したり、プロフィール画像を設定したりする際に、画像を選択するために利用します。選択された画像は、ユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

The App may use the following device permissions for these purposes:
*   **Photo Library**: Used to allow users to select images for posts or profile pictures. Selected images are stored only on the user's device.

## 3. 第三者へのデータ提供 (Data Disclosure to Third Parties)

本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供することはありません。また、本アプリには第三者による広告配信やアクセス解析ツールなどのトラッキングコードは含まれていません。

The App does not provide user data to third parties. Furthermore, the App does not contain tracking code from third-party advertising or analytics services.

## 4. データのバックアップと削除 (Data Backup and Deletion)

データはローカルに保存されているため、アプリを削除すると、それまで保存されていたすべてのデータ（投稿やプロフィール）も削除されます。開発者はこれらのデータを復元することはできません。

As data is stored locally, deleting the App will result in the deletion of all stored data (posts and profile information). The developer cannot recover this data.

本アプリは、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。変更があった場合は、アプリのアップデートなどを通じて通知します。
